Northwest Arkansas Locations 


The following locations offer the HPV vaccine at low or no cost. If you have questions that weren't addressed on our FAQ page, please talk to your doctor, health care provider, or Public Health Department.

ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH


HPV vaccination is offered by the Arkansas Department of Health to persons between 11 and 18 years of age. The health department will bill insurance if you have it, but they will not attempt to collect deductibles or copays. Vaccination is free if you do not have insurance.

An appointment is necessary, as is parental consent.

The Community Clinic 


The Community Clinic has several sites throughout Northwest Arkansas and offers services in English, Spanish, and Marshallese. Most clinics offer the HPV vaccine to those 18 and under at minimal or no cost through the Vaccines for Kids program.

School-based Clinics


The Community Clinic also offers a number of school-based clinics that are student-focused but also open to anyone in the community who needs care. Appointments may be scheduled through the school or Community Clinic's main office. Walk-ins will be seen as time permits.
